Terms and Conditions

Free technical support. All PC Seven customers are entitled to free telephone, or email, support for the life of the system purchased from PC Seven. To obtain technical support please use the contact details on the Contact Us web' page.

All systems installed by PC Seven are covered by a one year on site hardware warranty. PC Seven will repair/replace any faulty hardware with the same or equivalent replacement part. Hardware damaged by mis-use or any third party action is not covered and may incur a charge for repair/replacement. Software is covered by the support and help lines provided by the software manufacturer.

PC Seven cannot be held responsible for the actions of any delivery service used (re: late delivery, damage in transit etc.)

All special offer systems are covered by an RTB warranty. It is the customers responsibility to safely package and arrange delivery to PC Seven at their own cost once PC Seven has authorised the return for repair. Please contact PC Seven by phone or email to obtain a returns number. PC Seven offers a 14 day money back guarantee, please contact PC Seven for a returns authorisation number. Any special offer PC Systems that are returned unused must be in all original packaging. Refund will be subject to a re-stocking charge, typically 20% of gross price inc' P&P.

We at PC Seven are committed to protecting your privacy.

We will hold and process any personal information which you provide for our own internal business purposes. We do not pass on or sell any personal information to any third parties. We may however share information within our organisation and in some cases it may be necessary to pass information to our accountants.  Please note that by sending your personal information to us you are explicitly consenting to the processing and transfer of such information in this way.

In addition the information you submit on any hardware (hard disks, memory sticks etc) is not copied (except as part of a requested service.), stored or passed to any third parties. If mass storage devices require replacement the original mass storage devices are physically destroyed, to ensure no possible recovery of data by unauthorised agents, except on explicit instructions to PC Seven.

No personal or user identifiable information is collected by the PC Seven website.
